Exercise, on the other hand, provides several health advantages, including regulating the aberrant hormone levels observed in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a disorder defined by the presence of numerous tiny ovarian cysts.

Ovarian cysts are classified as functional, meaning they arise throughout the monthly menstrual cycle, or pathological, meaning they are benign or malignant growths. The more frequent functional cysts are blister-like pockets of fluid that develop in the follicles, which are fluid-filled sacs that contain the maturing eggs. Most of these cysts are too tiny to produce symptoms and will go away on their own. Larger cysts, on the other hand, may cause discomfort or even severe agony. Consider the following sorts of exercises:

Continuous-state cardiovascular exercises: These are workouts that get your heart beating, generally at 50 to 70% of your maximal heart rate if you are doing moderate activity. Subtraction of your age from 220 yields your maximal heart rate. Walking, riding a bicycle, dancing, or attending an aerobics class are examples of aerobic activities.
